Brian Johnson, founder of Americana Architects and a Long Island native, has over 14 years of experience in carpentry and architectural design, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.

By age 17, he was already leading carpentry crews at Eichner Construction, where hands-on building experience sparked his decision to pursue a career in architecture.

Today, Brian channels his passion into crafting unique residential architecture, bringing a distinctive vision to each project. His career includes experience at top firms like P.E. Smith Architects and Nelson Treehouse and Supply, known for the hit show Treehouse Masters. Brian’s work spans residential spaces, commercial buildings, and unique dwellings such as treehouses and off-grid cabins, blending creativity with craftsmanship.
